Why use Canyon Logistics and not anyone else?
The answer is simple…
1. FedEx is our niche!
Since we mainly focus on FedEx accounts (60% of all our accounts are FedEx), we are more successfully at recovering money than other freight auditing companies. Since other companies diversify their services more and don’t specialize with one particular freight carrier, they tend to not recover as much money as we can.
- We MANUALLY audit the bills
In addition to using software, our auditing team manually go through the shipping bills. Canyon Logistics has its own department that contacts FedEx directly on the client’s behalf to maximize the credits. For example, we are known to even get credits due to shipments that were delayed due to weather, customs, or the business being closed (what normally FedEx would call “beyond their control” and will refuse crediting the shipment). Our manual method allows for us to even get these kinds of credits which can most often be a significant share of the total credits earned.
- Contingency based billing
Unlike other freight auditing companies, Canyon Logistics only gets paid based on the savings. There are never any upfront costs or service fees. Since we only get paid based on what we save you our only motivation is to maximize your savings.
2. No Contractual Commitment
You are not bound by any time for us to audit your freight bills. You can simply use us month to month and leave whenever you please. A 30 day notice is preferred but not enforced..
